How cherry juice effects cardiovascular healt and cognitive function (£100)

Previous studies have shown that cherry juice, which is rich in phytonutrients; can reduce blood pressure, modulate blood flow, improve some aspects of cognitive function and enhance exercise recovery and performance.
This study aims to determine the effects of 90 day (3 month) supplementation cherry juice on a number of risk factors of chronic diseases, primarily the structural and functional health of the blood vessels, but also exercise capacity and cognitive function.
